On December 18, 2025, the Minister of Finance issued Circular No. 121/2025/TT-BTC amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Circulars regulating customs procedures, customs inspection and supervision, export tax, import tax and tax management for exported and imported goods.
 

This Circular shall take effect from February 1, 2026.
